The definition of yoga is 'to yoke' or bring together by movement and breath. Yoga originated in India over 5,000 years ago, and it is represents a spiritual, mental, and physical discipline.
Because each body is particular and unique, yoga taught with an individual approach allows you to work at you own pace, address your personal goals, gain confidence to attend classes in a group setting and/or simply enjoy the convenience of yoga in your own home. With private yoga lessons, you'll be able to zero in on your goals and get personalized instruction
based on your health, body type and lifestyle -- and on your time.
Unlike most yoga studios, gyms, or large class structures, Sorted Wellness focuses in small group and 1 on 1 yoga insruction. 200 hour Registered Yoga Instructor Jonya Kenndy provides intimate and exclusive instruction for beginners to more experienced yogis.

Providing a private yoga class at your office will strengthen your corporate perception and improve the quality of work from your employees. Maintaining a mind/body program specifically designed to meet the objectives of your organization gives employees a healthy, alternative job perk, increases job satisfaction and team-cohesion, and can lower health care costs by preventing injury and illness.
Unfortunately, there are many corporate jobs that involve too much sitting, causing muscle imbalances and health complications. Breathing and posture improvement programs will revitalize your staff and make them love working for you. Our goal is to create an environment of peace and tranquility within your office that sets your business apart and delights your employees and clients.
EXAMPLES OF CORPORATE WELLNESS:
CORPORATE YOGA MINI SESSIONS are an option for offices that may not have the space to offer a full weekly yoga class for their employees. This mini session includes a one-on-one 15 minute session with each employee at their desk where the instructor will assist the employee to counteract the effects of remaining seated, while addressing any injury, pain, or specific issues for that individual.
CORPORATE YOGA CLASSES can be implemented at any point throughout the workday as is deemed fit for the employees and the employer for corporate yogis that are looking for a more traditional yoga class. Available class styles include vinyasa (flow), gentle vinyasa (flow), yin yoga, and restorative yoga.
GUIDED MEDITATION is an option for those that are part of a stressful work environment and wish to focus specifically on creating mental clarity and space for creative thought. The mind can be one of the most debilitating factors in a corporate environment. A 30 to 60 minute guided meditation can provide a break from the stresses of client interaction and also offer clarity to move back into a space of a more focused mindset with increased productivity.
